Singapore-based TSMP Law Corporation has appointed banking and finance lawyer June Ho as a partner from Norwegian firm Wikborg Rein, and Felicia Tan as a director from Ince & Co’s local law firm, with the latter tasked with expanding its China presence.

Tan, who will join from Incisive Law, will work with recently promoted TSMP partners Kelvin Koh and Chee Chin Wi in expanding the firm’s business in China.

Ho, who has experience with firms like Linklaters, Allen & Overy and Drew & Napier, also focuses on M&A. She will work closely with TSMP’s joint managing partner and head of corporate Stefanie Yuen Thio, and head of banking and finance Jennifer Chia.

TSMP also hired litigator Kenneth Chua as an associate director. Its most recent round of promotions saw five being elevated to equity partnership. They are Koh, Koong Len Sheng, Ong Pei Ching and Kishan Pillay (litigation), and Chee (corporate).

The firm was named as the Dispute Resolution Boutique Law Firm of the Year at the 2018 SE Asia Law Awards.
